No consulting, facilitation, customisation, onboarding, or implementation management is included unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

How does the B2B invoice process work?
The B2B invoice process works as follows:

If the request is approved, we email the invoice and bank-transfer instructions to the business email address provided.
Product access is provided after the payment has been received and cleared in full.

What company information is required for a B2B invoice?
A B2B invoice request may require information such as:
– the company’s full legal name
– country of incorporation or business establishment
– company registration or business number
– registered business address
– VAT, GST, sales tax, or other tax registration information, if applicable
– authorised contact name and job title
– business email address
– accounts payable email address, if different
– purchase order number or billing reference, if applicable

The person submitting the request must be authorised to act on behalf of the purchasing organisation.
When will I receive access to the digital product?
For B2B invoice purchases, digital access is provided only after the invoice has been paid in full and the payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery may be provided by download link, email attachment, access credentials, or another secure digital delivery method.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, where a B2B invoice request is approved, payment may be made by bank transfer according to the payment instructions stated on the invoice.
Please include the correct invoice number or payment reference when making the transfer. Product access is not provided until the full amount due has been received and cleared.
Are VAT, GST, sales tax, or other taxes added?
Applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or other indirect taxes may be added where required by law.
