These Terms explain the use of our website and our business purchase process. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Digital Success School OÜ.

2. Products and Business Inquiries

We offer digital executive operating systems and related documents for business use. Our website introduces the brand and products so companies can assess their relevance.

An inquiry or request for an individual product presentation does not constitute an order or create a purchase or payment obligation. Website descriptions do not, by themselves, constitute an offer that can be accepted to conclude a purchase.

3. Purchase Agreement, Payment, and Delivery

Following an individual product presentation, a purchase proceeds through a separate sales and license agreement signed by both parties. The person signing for the purchasing company must have authority to bind it.

After both parties sign, we issue a business invoice consistent with the agreement. Payment is made by bank transfer. Once payment has been received, we deliver the agreed digital materials electronically within the timeframe and by the method specified in the agreement.

The agreement defines the purchased materials, license, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment terms, and delivery obligations. It takes precedence over these website Terms for the relevant purchase. Images do not indicate that physical items are included in a digital purchase.

4. License and Intellectual Property

Purchased materials are licensed for the purchasing company’s internal use as specified in the signed agreement. The agreement determines permitted users, uses, and any restrictions.

Rights in our website content remain with us or the relevant rights holders. Access to the website does not grant a right to commercially reproduce, distribute, or exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with website use, inquiries, and business purchases.

6. Governing Law

These website Terms are governed by Estonian law, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply. The signed purchase agreement sets out the governing law and dispute resolution arrangements for the relevant transaction.
