1. Our Product Type

Premium Exec OS sells digital products only.

Our products may include PDF training programs, executive systems, strategic frameworks, leadership playbooks, operating tools, templates, worksheets, digital manuals, and other downloadable business resources.

We do not sell physical products. Nothing is shipped by post unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

a download link;
an email with access instructions;
an account area;
a checkout confirmation page;
another digital delivery method stated on the product page.

Because our products are digital and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, our refund approach is different from a physical product return policy.

3. General Refund Position

All sales are generally final once digital access has been granted, a download link has been provided, or the product has been made available to you.

This is because digital products cannot be physically returned in the same way as physical goods.

However, we want our refund process to be fair, clear, and ethical. We will review refund requests in good faith and will respect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

4. When Refunds May Be Approved

We may approve a refund in the following situations:

you were charged more than once for the same product by mistake;
you purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded it;
you did not receive access to the product and we are unable to provide access after reasonable support attempts;

there is a serious technical issue that prevents access to the product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;

5. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Refunds are generally not available where:

you have already accessed, downloaded, copied, or used the digital product;
you changed your mind after receiving access;
you no longer need the product;
you expected personal consulting, coaching, implementation support, or customized advice that was not explicitly included in the product description;
you did not use the product after purchase;
you purchased the product by mistake but had already accessed or downloaded it;
you request a refund because you did not achieve a specific business, financial, operational, or personal result.

Premium Exec OS products are designed to support clearer thinking, stronger execution, better structure, and improved operational control. We do not guarantee any specific revenue result, profit increase, company growth rate, investor outcome, or business transformation.

6. Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical problem with accessing your purchase, please contact us at:

Please include:

your full name;
the email address used at checkout;
your order number or transaction ID;
the product name;
a clear description of the issue;
screenshots if useful.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product. If the issue is caused by a problem on our side and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or another fair solution.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will arrange a refund for the duplicate charge, unless the duplicate charge relates to a separate valid purchase.

8. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have a legal right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase within a specific period.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access, download, or digital delivery begins.

9. Business Purchases

Many Premium Exec OS products are designed for founders, executives, business owners, leadership teams, and professional users.

If you purchase a product for business or professional use, you acknowledge that the product is intended for internal business, leadership, strategic, or educational use.

Business purchases may have different refund rights from consumer purchases depending on applicable law.

10. Paddle and Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another third-party payment provider.

Where Paddle is used, Paddle may act as the merchant of record, authorized reseller, payment processor, billing provider, and/or tax compliance provider for the transaction.

If your purchase was processed by Paddle, refund requests may be reviewed and processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms, refund policy, transaction records, and applicable law.

Premium Exec OS remains responsible for the content and delivery of its own digital products unless otherwise stated.

11. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, payment method, and country.

12. Taxes, VAT, and Sales Tax

If taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges were collected at checkout, any refund of those amounts may depend on the payment provider’s rules and applicable tax law.

If your payment was processed by Paddle, tax-related refund requests may need to be handled directly through Paddle.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we believe there is misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, repeated refund behavior, or an attempt to obtain digital products without payment.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

15. No Physical Returns

Because our products are digital, there is no physical return process.

You do not need to ship anything back to us.
